I’ve been using Launchpass to handle my members, it just flat-out works. I’m completely convinced it’s saved me a ton of time, and so far there have been basically zero headaches. Couldn’t be more sure it’s made the whole process easier.

Well... I’ve been using launchpass for my paid Discord group, and so far it’s felt really secure. Payments and member access are handled smoothly, and I’m not constantly worried about random people getting in. I also reached out to support with a question and they seemed legit. i trust it a lot more than trying to manage everything myself...

I used launchpass for a paid Discord group, and it was smooth. Compared to a lot of other tools people seem to use for this kind of thing, it felt way less messy. Roles were added quickly, and members were able to get in without much confusion. I did have to poke around a bit to figure out a few settings, but once I got the hang of it, everything worked solidly.

"Am I the only one who thought support was a bit slow?"
Am I the only one who gets a little impatient waiting on support replies? I had to reach out about a login issue, and to be fair, they did get it fixed in the end. But the responses took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up once before things really moved along. Not a terrible experience, just kind of average overall

I’ve found the analytics simple to read, and the reports have actually been really helpful for keeping track of what’s going on. That said, given how much I’ve relied on them, I’d definitely appreciate some kind of compensation or credit if there’s one available.

It worked fine sometimes, which made me really want to stick with it. But the outages kept happening right when I was trying to launch things, and that made the whole experience feel stressful and unreliable. After a while, it was hard not to feel disappointed...

launchpass has been working fine for me overall, so I don’t really have major complaints. But I was kind of expecting more when it came to customization. You can tweak the basic things, which is helpful, but if you’re trying to make the page really feel like your own brand, it starts to feel a bit restricted. Maybe I’m being picky, but it took me a while to figure out what I could actually change versus what was locked in. It’s not bad at all, just not quite as flexible as I was hoping.

"Access automation works, but it’s not always smooth"
I used Launchpass for a paid Discord group, and at first the access automation was decent. Members were getting added without me having to do it manually, which definitely saved me time :).

Things got a little messy when payments failed or someone changed their email though. A few people lost access even after they had paid, and figuring out how to fix it wasn’t super obvious :/.

Support did get back to me, but it took longer than I was hoping. Overall, it’s not awful, but it can feel kind of stressful if you really need the access side of things to be reliable.

Getting my paid Discord set up was quick, and there weren’t any weird steps or anything confusing. It was easier than I expected. That said, when I had a small question, I kind of felt dismissed, like they just wanted to move me along instead of actually helping

"The fees are honestly a little hard to justify"
Launchpass does work fine, and I’m not saying it’s a bad tool or anything, but the pricing starts to add up quickly. For a smaller group, the fees feel a bit steep for what you’re actually getting. Maybe it makes more sense once you’re bigger, but right now I wish there was a cheaper plan that didn’t make me feel like I have to defend the cost every month.
